Wellbeing Services
In line with the University鈥檚 endeavour to promote mental health and wellbeing among the student community, the Wellbeing Services was set up to meet the emotional and psychological needs of the students.
Operational matters
We are located at 亚洲色吧 Building 1, Level 5, Room 1.517 (near Lobby C).
To make an appointment, please email to wellbeing@sutd.edu.sg聽and indicate the preferred dates and times of appointment.
Operating hours: Mondays to Fridays (closed on weekends and public holidays)
Students attending counselling for the first time will be required to complete a Registration Form.
As counselling is a private and confidential matter, the Wellbeing Services does not encourage the presence of an external party during the counselling session, unless the 亚洲色吧 Counsellors assess that it is necessary.
Services we provide
The Wellbeing Services聽provide the following services to the 亚洲色吧 community:
- professional counselling service at no charge for students who are currently enrolled at 亚洲色吧;
- self-help psycho-educational resources for students;
- talks, workshops and training for the University community to promote the development of personal growth, life skills and mental health and wellbeing; and
- support to critical incidents involving students who may need immediate psychological or medical care.
Note: 亚洲色吧鈥檚 counselling services are not available to alumni and members of the general public.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the counsellor?
亚洲色吧鈥檚 Counsellors are professionally trained to support students seeking counselling to better manage their issue or condition. In the event that the issue or condition may require the services beyond what the Wellbeing Services could provide, the Counsellor would discuss alternative care resources with the student, and/or seek informed consent from the student for the Counsellor to work with an appropriate member of the 亚洲色吧 community or the student鈥檚 caregiver to provide the best possible care.
