Vaughn has been a key member of ����ɫ��’s Design Innovation team since 2020, where he currently serves as the Lead Innovation Designer. With a decade of professional experience across logistics, special education, and engineering, Vaughn brings a wealth of interdisciplinary expertise to his role.

He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with double majors in Marketing and Management from Murdoch University, Perth, Australia, in 2015. In 2022, he achieved Certified SkillsFuture Trainer status by completing the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

Since joining the Design Innovation team, Vaughn has facilitated more than 80 cross-functional project teams, guiding them through iterative design sprints to develop creative and practical solutions for complex challenges.
